Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire and security systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
We offer a competitive salary, dependent on experience, and a range of benefits, including a £400 per week retainer when on call. If you are a motivated and experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer looking for a new challenge, please apply.
Key Responsibilities- Install and commission fire and security systems, including intruder alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and automation systems
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with industry regulations
- Perform fault finding and problem solving when attending call outs or break downs
- Provide on-site technical support and solutions to customers during reactive and routine visits
- Complete all company paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
- Adhere to health and safety requirements
- Advise customers on new products and services to improve efficiency
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Core hours are Monday to Friday 8-5, but we are happy to consider flexible hours and part-time arrangements.
OT is time and a half after 40 hours, and a £400 per week retainer is paid when on call.
