Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Fire Safety Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping industry practices while influencing the strategic direction of our organisation. This influential opportunity will allow you to make a real difference to fire safety standards and drive business development, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of fire safety management, from developing strategies to consulting with clients to reduce fire risk for social housing clients.
- Combine innovation and regulatory expertise to guide clients on fire risk management, assess risk, and advise on mitigation strategies that deliver safety and compliance.
- Ensure clients remain informed and confident in our solutions, understanding all the steps of the process throughout each project.
- Manage a team of fire engineers, support the Pre-Construction team, and serve as a technical advisor to clients, overseeing high-quality delivery from initial consultancy to project completion.
- Develop fire engineering strategies and drive development in safety solutions, always focusing on compliance with fire safety regulations.
- Deliver clear, high-quality reports to clients and internal teams.
- Mentor and onboard fire engineering consultants and SMEs.
- Network to generate business leads and secure speaking engagements.
- Ensure all fire strategies align with UK regulations.

Requirements:
- Strong experience within the fire engineering field.
- Experience in fire safety consultancy.
- The ability to lead projects whilst inspiring teams.
- Knowledge of UK fire safety regulations, codes, and standards (BS 9999, BS 7974, etc.).

- Salary range £85,000 - £110,000 per annum depending on experience.
