Job Title: Fire and Security Service EngineerJob Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our team. As a Fire and Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and automation systems.

You will provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for fault finding and problem solving, providing on-site technical support and solutions to customers during both reactive and routine visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission fire and security systems, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and automation systems
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients
  • Fault find and problem solve, providing on-site technical support and solutions to customers
  • Complete all company paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
  • Adhere to health and safety requirements
  • Advise customers on new products and services to improve efficiency

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Core hours are Mon to Friday 8-5, but we are happy to consider flexible hours, including part-time and full-time options.

OT is time 1/2 after 40 hours.

£400 a week retainer when on call.

Paid when out on call from time leave house to get back home.
