**Job Description**:
**A bit about the role & the team..**

Third Party Risk Management is a key focus area for our regulators and clients alike and we are invested in ensuring that this risk is well managed across our business. The Third Party Risk Management team has evolved at pace over the last 3 years, and we have ambitious plans to further mature the team in 2023 and beyond.

**Key areas of the role..**
- Influencing stakeholders across the region to achieve compliance to policy,
- Ensuring the region has a robust controls framework across the third party environment which is routinely tested and used to drive improvements in risk posture
- Monitoring controls, identifying vulnerabilities and agreeing remedial actions
- providing training and awareness to colleagues across the business

**What the day to day looks like..**
- Partner with business units to complete third party risk assessments, providing support and training as required
- Manage the RSQ clinic process, facilitating all clinic sessions, documenting decisions and supporting with any follow up requirements
- Manage annual engagement refresh programme in region - working with Experian Relationship Owners to ensure timely completion. Monitor completion rates and drive action where needed
- Manage pipeline of process improvements - documenting all processes, providing stakeholder map of impacted/interested colleagues and roll out across the region
- Ensure all process documents are updated with any changes and are reviewed annually as a minimum to ensure accuracy
- Develop training materials for end users e.g. ‘How to Guides’, providing step by step guidance for all key tasks, translating materials as required
- Perform a quarterly ‘true up’ of each business unit/market third parties and reflect any changes in Archer
- Build Archer dashboards and reporting to ensure timely alerts of policy breaches, driving appropriate remediation
- Manage regional TPRM inbox, responding to queries in a timely manner whilst always promoting ‘self-serve’ approach
- Support with the deployment of Archer enhancements, to include requirements gathering, testing, communications and training as required
- Maintain key supplier database with current information to support client requests for information and audits
- Draft responses to client requests for information, for manager approval

**Qualifications**:
**What we're looking for..**
- Experience working in a regulated environment in a risk management role, ideally with some experience of third party risk
- Detail orientated with strong organisational skills
- Self-managing - able to work independently and as part of a team, leveraging team strengths
- Ability to communicate openly and effectively in both written and verbal form
- Ability to challenge and influence Senior Managers and stakeholders
- Process management experience and defined methodology e.g., Six Sigma
- Advanced experience with MS Office
