TITLE : MANDARIN speaking HR Admin Assistant

Team: Human Resources

Salary : £27000- £31000

Contract : Permanent, full-time

Location: South London, remote-working in the meantime

Company : Digital media agency that specialises in helping British companies reach Chinese consumers within fashion and retail

Sponsorship. NO. You must have full permission to work in the UK with no restrictions

Company: This is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that specialise in helping to grow trade between the UK and China. Its specialist area is fashion and lifestyle and it is particularly effective in helping British fashion companies access potentialChinese consumers. In spite of the Coronovirus situation this is a fast-growing business with excellent long-term clients and is still growing fast with an anticipates surge in activity expected for 2021. If you are interested in fashion and have a solid socialmedia background, then this role is a _wonderful_ opportunity.

Duties: This is a role that combines 1) HR admin responsibilities with 2) general office administration

HR Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for staff on any HR issues
- Manage the online HR system, payroll information, holiday requests, sickness absence, queries regarding statutory maternity & paternity leave
- Ensure employee and company records are up to date
- Support the recruitment process by posting adverts, conduct interviews and check references and eligibility to work in the UK
- Organise interviews, manage interview transcripts,
- Administer skills tests
- Coordinate the new-joiner onboarding process
- Issue induction packs
- Schedule appraisals

General office Admin
- Liaise with office suppliers
- Organise employee events to include venue sourcing, travel and all accommodation arrangements etc.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous HR experience ( ideally CIPD. But this is not essential )
- Solid admin skills
- Fluent Mandarin
