In this role you will be using your fluent Mandarin daily and will be building your career within the solid environment of a professionalHR team in a highly respected global business that operates across 100 regions

**Duties: 3 key areas: General HR Admin, Recruitment and Payroll**
- HR Admin_
- Maintain HR related documentation (passport copies/visa's/education qualifications/references etc) in hard copy and electronic copy
- Management of expat admin processes (including visa renewal, processes tax payments, and liaising with HR Hong Kong)
- Undertake all new joiner/leaver administration
- Staying up to date on UK employment law and policy changes
- Create job specs
- Managing bookings for travel or meetings for employees and relevant visiting delegations
- Manage internal employee relations
- Recruitment_
- Lead recruitment processes
- Liaise with external recruitment agencies
- Organise and schedule interviews
- Provide interview feedback to applicants and agencies
- Upload job vacancies onto company website
- Payroll _
- Manage UK local and expat staff monthly payroll
- Oversee compensation and benefits
- Oversee the administration of additional monthly payments (Group Pension, monthly, private medical insurance, health screening, etc)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR generalist role
- Fluent Mandarin
- Degree level education or equivalent qualifications (CIPD qualifications)
