Office Admin Assistant
This is a part-time role. Mon Fri (30hrs a week) and can extend to full time worker in half year.
The Office Admin Assistant (Mandarin speaking) will support people from across the business in providing core and essential administrative activities to help the business to run more smoothly. They will identify areas of inefficiency and work to find processes and procedures that increase the effectiveness of the business.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Booking travel and meetings as required by the team, ie. booking hotels, catering, parking, support companies, customer/visitor liaison.
- Picking, packing and sending samples and office mail to customers as necessary.
- Collecting parcels and post and giving to appropriate department/person.
- Office space arrangement for new comer.
- Office asset management
- Ordering of office equipment, stationery, consumables, grocery cleaning services, water orders etc. as needed.
- Assist top and team managers for office related issues.
- Logging and issue of key fobs to team and retrieval when exiting business.
- Basic contract management in all aspects relating to the office and building.
- Data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
1. Excellent attention to detail

4. Strong organizational skills with ability to build solid relationships at all levels across the business
5. Able to handle ambiguity and demonstrates high levels of initiative
6. Positive and approachable attitude
7. Mandarin speaking is a must
8. Long term work permit is a must

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
