Accounts Administrator

Home Leisure Direct Ltd is seeking an Account Administrator to join our team as soon as possible. This position will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger account maintenance.

**Essential Duties include but are not limited to;**
- Processing Customer sales receipts on Xero via multiple payment platforms
- Reconciling our Debtors account, ensuring all customers have paid, paid on time and the correct amounts.
- Processing customer refunds
- Processing Supplier Invoices on Xero and our in-house sales order system
- Preparing Weekly supplier Payment runs
- Purchasing sundry items requested by colleagues from across the business
- Communication with all departments within the business and suppliers to ensure supplier payments are prioritised correctly
- Monitoring and managing the creditors reports ensuring our accounts are always up to date
Good communication skills are essential with colleagues and suppliers.

The job will be flexible between working from home and our office based in Avonmouth. The training period will require working in the office but once you are settled in, we only ask for every Wednesday in the office. We do reserve the right to change this at any time.
- 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm - Mon - Fri
- 21 Days Holiday + bank holidays
- 5 days paid sick leave per annum (upon completion of probationary period)
This position is open to both apprentices and non-apprentices. Salary of £22k will be dependent on experience.
