**Job Title: Credit Administrator**

**Location: Hybrid, Home-working & twice a month in BCA Bristol office**

**Salary: £25,000 + Benefits**

**Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday**

This role forms part of a great team who providesupport to the Credit team and Head of Credit with daily administration duties that ensure the smooth operation of the team.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Checking and recording of invoices from Third Parties
- Completing Credit Checks and Traces
- Management of Legal Inbox
- Ensuring timely referrals to our Debt Collection Agencies Weekly
- Provide additional documentation to our Debt Collection Agencies such as account opening documents, copy invoices
- Any other ad-hoc administration support as set by the Head of Credit
- Month End Reporting

**To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you**:

- Able to work closely with other areas of the business (Operations / Branches / Accounts Receivable)
- Diplomacy
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good keyboard skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Good Excel Skills
- Team player
- Analytical mind-set to investigate problems as and when they arise
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to be able to work extra hours during Month End/Period End if necessary
- Credit Control experience would be an advantage
