Sales Administrator

Our client is a privately owned business that supplies products to the trade sector. Due to expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their small, experienced and friendly team.
This role is a permanent position, Monday-Friday, 7.30-5pm.
- Answering calls from customers and dealing with enquiries
- Advising on stock availability
- Updating the internal system with any orders
- Opening new customer accounts onto the system
- Working closely with other departments such as logistics and operations to resolve any enquiries
Previous experience isn’t essential but any experience in either customer service, administration or data entry would be beneficial. Our client is looking for someone enthusiastic that’s keen to learn.
Benefits include a competitive salary, an annunal bonus scheme (anywhere up to £1500 a year) and company pension.
