We are now recruiting for a Networks Provisioning Coordinator.

The purpose of this department / team is to provision a variety of Ethernet and data services both stand alone and within projects (MPLS/VPLS). They maintain quality, compliance and service delivery standards of the Networks Division of Focus Group, liaising with both customers and suppliers

Main duties of this role are:

- Day to day delivery of Network Services (Leased Lines/FTTC/SOGEA etc); ordering through to handover in line with our set processes
- Owning the relationship between supplier and customer ensuring smooth implementation
- Coordination of Project, BAU and Multisite rollouts
- Liaising with customer contacts, including project meetings be it face to face or at customer site
- Working with other teams within the business to deliver customer solutions and ensure process alignment and a positive customer experience
- Liaising with Reseller contacts as appropriate

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
