We are proud to be working with a family-owned business with a fantastic reputation. They are now looking for a **Customer Liaison Administrator/Co-ordinator** to join their small and friendly team. There are also progression opportunities available for the right person.

This company services and installs all industrial kitchen equipment e.g., electrical/gas/refrigeration equipment across a variety of sectors and have some fantastic clients such as First Direct Arena, Betty’s Tearooms as well as exclusive VIP hotels etc.

In this role as **Customer Liaison Administrator/Co-ordinator **your role will involve (_**full training provided**_):

- Setting up new service contracts on the company system
- Tracking all planned service contracts and contacting customers to arrange suitable servicing dates
- Working alongside the Engineering Scheduler to book all services in the diary
- Sourcing and pricing of spares and parts for all related appliance repairs
- Submitting quotations to customers
- Compiling reports for customers based on service outcomes
- Juggling and prioritising work based on customer needs and engineer availability

To secure this position as **Customer Liaison Administrator/Co-ordinator** you will need as a minimum the below:

- Computer literacy (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Good telephone manner
- Good written skills
- Good sense of humour - this is a fun place to work

In return this company will offer you:

- £24,000 Annual Starting Salary (annual pay reviews)
