I am currently recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to support this busy and friendly sales and customer service team for a reputable company who sell luxury food and drink products. You will be looking after two established companies within the group. We are looking for someone who is a bit of a foodie, enjoys their food and drink and has a great personality. You will be speaking with customers on a daily basis dealing with customer queries, complaints and repeat orders. However the most important thing is to be able to provide first class customer service to the customers and accurate administration support to the team.

**Duties**:
Managing incoming calls, processing orders and dealing with customer requests
Updating and maintaining client database
Booking appointments to meet with existing and prospect clients
Pro-actively building both new and existing customer relations
Working closely with the team and communicating effectively
Supporting the sales and customer service team where necessary

**What we are looking for**:
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the telephone
Good administration and I.T. skills
Eager to learn and develop within the role
An interest in food and drink is preferred but not essential
Good communication skills
The ability to listen to customer requests, queries and complaints
Confident and professional telephone manner

**Whats on offer**:
Basic salary of £24,500

You will need your own transport due to location of the offices

This Customer Service Administrator role would suit someone who has worked in hospitality, retail or any other customer facing position where customer service is of the utmost importance. It would suit someone who has worked in administration or as a receptionist and has good IT skills. You will be given full training and will work closely with the team and manager. There is also a team bonus structure.
