The Innocent Pet Care Company is a family-owned pet food and treat manufacturer, best known for its high quality and innovative dog and cat products.
Established 11 years ago, the company’s refreshing approach to pet food has won prestigious industry awards including “Best New Dog Food” with the introduction of its air-dried complete food. The brand has an exciting growth strategy, with big ambitions and is looking to recruit a part-time Customer Services & Administrator to help support the team.
The ideal hours are 09.30 - 15.30 Monday to Thursday, but we would be happy to adjust these hours if required.
The role entails:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing any complaints, compliments and returns
- Performing general administrative and ad hoc tasks to support the sales and marketing team
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a customer services role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- A genuine love of pets is always an advantage
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £15,600.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
