Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Wetherby is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. A minimum of 6 months experience in a customer service role will be essential, and experience of the Property Industry would be preferred.
The holder of the role will be responsible for undertaking administrative duties to support the sales teams. This will include processing deal contracts and ensuring vendors are provided with the information and support they require to successfully sell their property.
You will be the first point of contact for vendors to assist with any queries. A major part of the role will be to assist vendors with their client care documents this will include following up with vendors to make sure they have received the client care pack, assisting with any queries they may have to ensure successful completion and return of the pack to their nominated solicitor.
You will be required to understand and cover the roles of other departments, as and when required
Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Check Client Care Pack has been issued to vendors
- Assist vendors in completion of their client care documentation
- Assist with ID verification
- Ensure the return of Client Care documentation to solicitors
- Provide customer support to vendors
- Assist with sales team administration
- Update clients regarding the sale process
- Arrange property surveys ensuring reports are returned in a speedy manner
- Distribute returned valuations to the relevant parties
- Chase urgent valuations
- Spreadsheet admin
- Update the team managers on the progress of each file
- Upload information onto the inhouse software
- Maintain the relationship with 3rd party companies
- Arrange for contracts and other important documents to be signed, returned, and handled with care
- Liaise with all departments within the business and deliver efficient service
- Prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls
- Booking in photography appointments at properties
- Any ad hoc duties as required by senior management
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to build rapport

**Hours of work Mon - Thurs**:
**08:30 - 17:30 or 09:00 - 18:00, Friday: 09:00 - 17:00**
**Salary £24,000**
