Customer Support Administrator

Job Summary
Working within the Commercial administration team providing all-round administrative and customer support to the activities of the Commercial teams working with Construction and Energy waste streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively support and embed a generative safety culture
- Working within the sales administrative team providing administrative support to the activities of the Augean teams dealing with mainly Construction and Energy waste streams
- Responsible for all administration for the internal movements for North checking that the correct analysis and information is included to keep compliant with the EA and HMRC
- Data entry of new enquiries onto the company's bespoke Weighsoft 5 (WS5) system from a completed technical assessment form
- Creating accurate quotations from the enquiry entered on WS5 to forward onto clients on behalf of account managers
- Updating and maintaining WS5 including spreadsheets and documentation
- Responsible for all administration including producing reports via excel & correspondence as & when requested
- Providing telephone support to the sales team providing excellent customer service
- Working within a team who are responsible for completing all Weighbridge tickets and invoicing, providing team members with support in these activities when required
- Maintaining continuous professional development and competence for the role
- Any other reasonable duties as and when to suit the business requirements
Critical Qualifications
- English and maths at standard grade (or equivalent)
Critical Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- A good command of the English language (written and oral)
- Strong computerbased skills and operating systems including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook with previous experience gained within an administrative support role
- Ability to focus on detail and complete administrative duties to tight deadlines
- Experience of and ability to work in a methodical, organised and systematic manner
- Skilled in working within deadlines whilst being flexible and confidently prioritising tasks
