International Sales Administrator

We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we’re seeking to recruit a dynamic and organised International Sales Administrator.
As a leader in test, monitoring and data analytic solutions for the electrical power industry, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers all around the world. **Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate with customers to maintain the highest quality in all shipping and delivery operations.
- Use the Company’s CRM system to log and manage customer interactions.
- Respond to quote requests and generate quotes for goods, service, or repair.
- Expedite high quality/high value orders including shipping/customs documentation.
- Manage the company’s nominated freight forwarder/courier.
- Maintain knowledge of commercial, CRM and ERP processes, procedures, and methods.
- Support the Commercial manager with SAP master data / problem solving and reporting.
**Qualifications**:
- At least 2 years’ experience in international sales administration, international shipping or freight forwarding.
- Background in logistics /Airfreight / Customs procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, CRM software and SAP.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
