Part Time HR Administrator Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Part Time HR Administrator to join our team in Kent. As a Part Time HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our HR department and contribute to the smooth running of our team.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, general HR administration duties, and ensuring the accurate completion of HR tasks.
  • A strong understanding of HR principles and practices is essential, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders, handle sensitive information discreetly, and meet tight deadlines. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR or recruitment environment (desirable but not essential)
  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above) and strong administration skills
  • Confident and clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
