**Position Summary**
The HR Administrator will be responsible for all HR administration in the EMEA&AP HR team.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support for onboarding, offer letters and contracts, right to work checks, termination letters and reference requests.
- To manage and maintain all employee records in electronic and paper form.
- Pull together all EMEA&AP payroll information and provide to Payroll monthly ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Keep the organisational chart up to date each month.
- Carry out the administrative duties for all e-learning management and our compliance training system management.
- Participate in HR projects.

**Experience & Skills**
- Experience of working in an administrative role, preferably HR Administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-based environment and manage priorities effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
