Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 - experience dependent

KMK HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to support our EMEA countries. This is a unique role combining projects and BAU payroll duties, whilst being customer facing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and deliver payroll services across EMEA locations and in compliance with local laws
  • Partner with the global payroll team on processing that relates to multiple regions, including bonus payroll and expatriate payroll processing
  • Communicate new legislation impacting payroll, whilst managing compliance updates and employee communication as needed
  • Prepare and submit all EMEA leavers and year-end tax documents
  • Utilise our HRIS (Workday) for accurate payroll processing including creating reports and data auditing
  • Oversee EMEA region for ongoing payroll transformation projects and implement enhancements around processes in our HRIS
  • Partner with the wider HR team on operational efficiency for areas related to payroll including leader, global mobility and benefits
