Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a Learning & Development Administrator (known internally as People & Places Administrator) to join our HR Operations Team.

Within the role, you’ll provide support to our L&D Team and support all aspects of planning, administering, budgeting, and coordinating an exceptional learning and development service. You’ll pro-actively manage the L&D calendar, liaising with internal and external facilitators, booking, or procuring venues, course material, accommodation, and refreshments, and provide complete learning administration support for managing course lists, invitations, producing training materials, physical and virtual room set up and evaluation.

You’ll also administer the L&D and wider People team budget process, raise purchase orders, check invoices, and liaise with stakeholders to cover any departmental expenditure, ensuring that it is accurate and within budget. You’ll deliver effective administration of all L&D systems including the iTrent HR system and LMS, updating and maintaining records to enable accurate reporting and monitoring.

This role will be split between Home and our Reading Hub, which you will be required to attend to assist with meeting bookings and general office management in line with the job description.
