Is brand your passion? Then read on, our established client with offices in central Reading, is looking for an experienced brand marketing leader to join them as Head of Brand & Marketing to shape the strategic direction and development of the company’sbrand and marketing activities.

We would love to hear from brave and experienced brand marketers who have a track record of working in large, corporate environments who have devised strategies to raise brand perceptions through challenging times. Offering £95,000 p/a plus bonus, you’llbe joining an organisation that provides a vital service to millions of customers, as part of the Retail Director’s leadership team. The role is pivotal to Your work would have a wide and important effect while receiving a competitive salary, generous holidayand excellent pension.

**As Head of Brand and Marketing, your responsibilities will include**:

- Ensuring all activity is outcome orientated
- Delivering plans and hitting targets that align with the strategic goals of the company
- Driving the CES strategy and plans
- Leading the brand strategy, positioning, and platform that will inform the plan for AMP
- Devise and develop omnichannel campaigns that integrate and deliver brand and commercial messaging
- Overseeing the Brand, Marketing, social media and Creative teams

**We would love to hear from you if you have the following**:

- Experience in all aspects of marketing, strategy development and execution
- Experience in leading a team of brand, marketing, and social media professionals to deliver the right customer and business outcomes
- Experience working within a B2C company
- Experience working in a large cross-functional organisations to deliver a common goal using effective governance
- Demonstratable experience of converting strategy into actions
- Communication, decision-making skills with the ability to remain resilient when faced with challenges
- Experience working, influencing, and negotiating with external agencies and partners

**The role itself**:
As Head of Brand and Marketing, you will be leading the way in shifting brand perception in addition to raising campaign and strategy standards to create positive outcomes for the business. You will be bold in your ambition to lead the creative teams andraise brand and marketing standards. This role is also the Brand and Marketing lead in overarching corporate initiatives and strategies.
