This is a Fixed-Term contract for 6 months with a look to go permanent at the end of the contract.
**Client Details**
This Property Consultancy based in Reading offers clients with planning and designing services and insights. You will be working directly with the L&D Manager supporting on any needs within the department and supporting with wider team on any ad hoc needs.
**Description**
The L&D Administrator (Hybrid Working) will be responsible for:
- Coordinating recruitment processes including scheduling interviews, booking meeting rooms and requesting feedback from hiring managers
- Managing all first line L&D enquiries via the inbox, scheduling employees training and inviting them on to training programs, managing all training records on excel, tracking attendance for training sessions, collecting feedback from training and sharingwith the L&D manager
- Graduate program - own training program, first line of contact, start thinking about what training they could offer to grads
- Events and Hospitality - scheduling the logistics for events for 50-300 employees, making sure employees are invited, any hotel bookings necessary
**Profile**
The ideal L&D Administrator (Hybrid Working) will have the following skills/qualities:
- Demonstrable experience within HR Administration or L&D Administration (preferably 1 year)
- Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- High level organisational and administrative skills, with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Passionate and Ambitious outlook
- Immediately Available
