**JOB TITLE: Order Administrator**

**JOB LOCATION: Belfast**

**TERMS: Permanent**

**THE JOB**

As an Order Administrator you will facilitate the smooth process of raising customer orders and monitoring them through to installation. Sitting within our Service Delivery department you will be responsible for giving an excellent customer experience while ensuring all orders are managed correctly.

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**
- Ensuring that orders are raised accurately and in accordance to exact guidelines
- Proactively calling customers to confirm and update with details of their orders.
- Monitoring orders through to install with intervention and action where needed. Keeping comprehensive records.
- Managing the CRM system effectively, ensuring all relevant customer information is entered onto the system.
- Accurately recording/logging interaction with customers and updating account information
- Working with management to maintain best practices for efficient communication with customers, working to our internal service level agreements and key performance indicators.

**WHAT WILL YOU BRING?**
- Experience working with Openreach either directly or indirectly
- Significant experience in a customer facing role with great communication skills
- Proficient in MS office tools such as excel
- Previous experience working with CRM systems would be beneficial
- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
- Working knowledge of GDPR and the ability to manage confidential information
- Previous experience in order administration, customer service, or related field within the telecoms industry is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to identify process improvements to streamline workflows
