**What You'll Do**:
Reporting to the Group Customer Care Manager, your primary objectives and responsibilities will include:
- **Administrative Support**: Provide efficient administrative support to the customer care team, ensuring smooth operations in handling inquiries.
- **New Build Developments**:Focus on new build developments across northern, midlands, and southern regions, coordinating with stakeholders for timely issue resolution.
- **Reporting**:Generate weekly reports on various customer care aspects, providing insights to the management team.
- **Invoicing**:Handle invoicing tasks related to customer care activities with accuracy and timeliness.
- **Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between parties involved in customer care, including contractors and internal departments.
- **Reception Duties**: Handle reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors, managing post, and accepting parcels for departments.
