About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
- Assist with domestic tasks and social activities to promote independence and well-being.
- Support clients with airways management and other specific needs.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with clients with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs.
- Full UK driving license and ability to drive clients.
- Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to work a variety of shifts, including waking nights.

- A competitive hourly rate of up to £14, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Regular consistent work with set rolling rotas.
