Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our clients in Wirral/Nelson. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to individuals with complex needs, including tracheostomy, peg feeding, suction, and seizure management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the Nurse-led team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in comprehensive clinical training and induction programme
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS/PVG check and references
  • Right to work in the UK
