Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Nurse-led team to provide care and support to clients with complex needs in Wirral and Nelson.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and compassion. As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing care and support to clients with tracheostomy, peg feeding, seizure management, and suction needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Working collaboratively with the Nurse-led team to develop and implement care plans
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with clients with complex needs
  • Valid drivers' license and access to a vehicle
  • DBS/PVG check and references
  • Right to work in the UK
