Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our Nurse-led team to provide care to our clients in Wirral / Nelson (CH62 / CH64).
About the Role:As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be providing care and support to clients whose individual needs include Tracheostomy, Peg Feeding, Suction, and Seizure Management. You will work closely with our Nurse-led team to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing care and support to clients with complex needs
- Working closely with our Nurse-led team to ensure the highest level of care and support
- Assisting with Tracheostomy, Peg Feeding, Suction, and Seizure Management
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the Nurse-led team
- Previous experience in care and support
- Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- DBS/PVG check and references
- The Right to Work in the UK
- A comprehensive nurse-led training programme
- Shadowing and peer support from a dedicated care mentor in your first 12 weeks
