Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes, including washing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Support clients with social activities, such as outings and hobbies.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client care and support.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with clients with spinal cord injuries and other complex needs.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
