Yate Supplies are a family run company who provide a one stop shop to the hospitality industry. Trading for over 30 years, providing our customers with over 25,000 food packaging, janitorial and catering products. The customer is at the heart of everything we do, and we are renown in the industry for our excellent service. We currently operate 24 hours from Sunday evening through to Friday evening. We send products all over the UK, mainly on our own Transport or Carrier depending on the customers location. We provide a unique service (especially in central London) by delivering our customers’ orders at night for mínimal operational disruption for our end user.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Team Leader on a permanent Contract.

The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with a 30 minute unpaid break totalling 37.5 hrs a week. The salary will be between £23,000 - £25,000.

We also offer 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, pension scheme and staff discount scheme.

**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**
- To assist in the day to day running of a busy Customer Service Department
- To assist the Customer Service Manager, and mange the team in CSM absence
- To provide administration support to the Sales Team to create new business
- To retain customers, grow the number of buying customers, and drive the Yate Supplies value proposition.
- Ensure daily call schedules are executed and measured to meet their required objectives in conjunction with promotional activity.
- To implement and manage OGL and EDI systems
- Manage customer pricing and profitability
- Track stock availability and offer alternatives where necessary
- To price and quote for bespoke stock, manage underwriting and storage for these products
- To respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner with effective resolution.
- Support BDM and Independent customers area in achieving sales and profitability growth targets.
- To participate and track the achievement of team sales, phone and order targets.
- To adhere to all ISO9000, Health & Safety, Personnel Policies and Procedures
- Provide reports as required by customers and sales colleagues
- Show a professional attitude towards work, excellent customer service ensuring a high level of communication with customers and internal colleagues.
