**_PHS Besafe Tipton - Customer Support Co Ordinator_**
- We have an exciting opportunity at PHS Besafe Tipton for a Customer Support Co Ordinator. The core purpose of the role is to carry out all aspects of customer care for all Besafe contracts developing customer relationships to add value and retain business. You will encourage communication and provide the link between Sales, Operations, and our customers._

**_ Key Tasks and Responsibilities:_**
- _Assist with incoming and outgoing customer queries to arrive at a resolution acceptable to Besafe and our customers. _
- _To recognise problem issues and customer dissatisfaction levels and ensure problems are passed on to the relevant coordinator. _
- _To be familiar with all company products and services_
- _Assist with the implementation of the PDA Barcode notices_
- _Ensure customers and colleagues are fully informed of all actions taken and required_
- _Liaise and communicate with Besafe Operations_
- _Encourage a proactive attitude from staff and provide solutions for issues or queries_
- _Ensure company procedures are always followed_
- _Product reports and information upon request_
- _Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines_
- _To assist with systems for installs and uplifts_
- _To effectively carry out requests instructed by Management_

- _Experience of Customer Care_
- _The ability to work methodically and logically_
- _The ability to communicate effectively at all levels with individuals and groups. _
- _The ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing_
- _The ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently_

- _IT Skills essential_
