Business Support Coordinator

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales administration, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of orders, championing exceptional customer service, and assisting in outbound sales efforts.
- Order Management Excellence: Demonstrate mastery in order processing, overseeing every stage from initial inquiry to successful delivery.
- Accurate and Timely Fulfilment: Exceed customer expectations by providing accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Database Management: Update customer information, track sales data, and generate reports.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt and personalized support to clients.
- Assist the Sales Team: Guide customers through inquiries, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.

The Role:
- Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Thursday (45 minutes lunch), and 8am-3pm on Fridays (45 minutes lunch).
- Parking: On-site parking is available.
- Office Based: This is an office-based position.
- Holiday Entitlement: 24 days' holiday + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown.
