**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Lead Coordinator to join our team on a Full Time, Permanent basis

This role will entail coordinating the successful implementation of direct hire programmes and monitor delivery of externally delivered apprenticeship programmes. Ensure learners progress effectively, maintain compliance with standards, and provide necessary support to learners throughout their programme journey

**What You'll Do**:

- Monitor and facilitate learner progression to ensure they meet programme requirements and milestones.
- Ensure strict adherence to standards, policies, and regulatory requirements to maintain programme compliance.
- Conduct regular sampling of portfolios to assess evidence quality and completeness.
- Perform comprehensive observations of learners in various contexts (on/off/integrated/external) and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage the programme learning evidence system for learners, including ownership, management of feedback, and marking of assessments.
- Conduct learner progress reviews ensuring accuracy and adherence to programme requirements.
- Generate and maintain learner progress reports, documenting learner development and achievements.
- Plan and facilitate mentor meetings to provide guidance and support to learners and managers.
- Develop and maintain manuals for each programme, ensuring clarity and consistency in programme delivery.
- Provide support for learners as required to help them achieve any additional qualifications.
- Act as the main point of contact for learning requirements, offering guidance and support as needed.

**What You'll Have**:

- Previous experience in apprenticeship/programme coordination or a similar role.
- Knowledge of apprenticeship standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

**Further Information**:

- This role is offered on a Full-Time, Permanent basis
