Customer Service Apprenticeship

A fantastic opportunity to join the customer services team one the largest online retailers of electric transportation products, gadgets and related services. You will be joining a vibrant environment and will be given full training and support in-house and by an apprenticeship training provider. You need be hardworking, organised, enthusiastic and committed. We pride ourselves on the service we deliver to our customers and we are looking for someone who is willing to learn to high standards of customer service care.
**Apprenticeship summary**
**Working week **Monday to Friday 10.00 AM until 5.00 PM
**Wage: £5.28 PH plus bonuses available.**
**Vacancy description**
Duties include:
- Liaising with consumers/customers and suppliers to provide a excellent customer service full customer satisfaction.
- Providing clear communications to customers, explaining processes, etc and maintaining excellent relationships by making the customer feel valued.
- Working closely with internal teams
- Opportunity to be involved in planning online/social media marketing events and promotional activity.
- Updating, maintaining and dealing with customer on online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay as well as social media platforms.
- Updating records/orders notes on internal order systems
- To monitor own progress towards business and individual objectives whilst achieving an NVQ qualification in Customer Service
- Under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 each employee has a responsibility to Health and Safety and must also adhere to their responsibilities as laid out in the health & safety policy.
- Any other related duties as and when required
