Customer Service Administrator

**Job Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join our team. The Customer Service Administrator will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving and administrative support.
**Duties Include**:
- Processing orders, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and updating databases with relevant information.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a previous customer service role is desirable.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
