Project Administrator

We are currently looking for an experienced administrator to work on a temporary contract basis for a large infrastructure project in Dudley. This is a long term position with the potential for up to 24 months work. This position will be working with the commercial team collating purchase orders, invoices, order requests etc using an in house software and submitting figures on a weekly basis.
**Requirements**:
Previous administration experience will be essential
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must work well under pressure and meet weekly deadlines
Able to always remain polite and calm even when working under pressure
Great communication skills and able to work the in-house computer systems.
Liaising with key stakeholders.
Data inputting for cost control
Able to work alone to meet weekly deadlines
knowledge of the Construction / Civils industries will be advantageous
Inputting Costs and comparing purchase orders correctly.
The Administrator will be responsible for obtaining Construction and Plant qualifications/ tickets from various local sites and suppliers. He/she will then by responsible for recording this information onto internally generated spread sheets consolidating them on to one plant, labour, and materials sheet (return) weekly.
