Office Administrator

Currently looking for an **Administrator** for an ongoing role.
Duties
To give you an idea of how a work week would look like:
- Provide onsite and remote support to projects.
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Central phone system cover for several projects - log all calls and ensure information is cascaded to relevant teams / individuals.
- Book appointments for contractors and team site visits.
- Maintain electronic filing systems for several projects on SharePoint.
- Collate documents to ensure all necessary forms are logged and checked for submission to clients.
- Take minutes at meetings in person or on Teams, transcribe and distribute as necessary.
- Make ID badges for contractors.
- Order stationery and other consumables.
- Microsoft Office usage - mainly Word, Excel & Outlook.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
