**Tipton**
**Part-time 20-25hrs per week**
**Immediate start at the end of February**

I am looking for a general Administrator to join my client who are a growing business, within the Construction Industry. They are looking for a general Administrator to join them on a part-time basis due to continued growth of the business, potential to become full-time as the business grows further. You will play a crucial role providing essential admin support to the team, your role will include a variety of tasks ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
You must have previous administration experience, preferably within the Construction industry.
Looking for someone to join them on a part-time basis, ideally spreading 20-25 hours over 5 days Monday to Friday.
**Responsibilities of the Administrator**:

- Main duties will be to use EQUE2 Construction Software Manager Software to carry out the following:
- Handling and managing purchase requisitions.- Creating and issuing purchase orders.- Subcontractor and Supplier Management of required information and documentation within the software.- Process and input invoices when other employees are absent.- General office duties such as answering the phone calls, data entry and post handling etc.**Requirements of the Administrator**:
