**Group Environment, Health and Safety Administrator**

We are looking for a Group Environment, Health and Safety Administrator, to support our Group Environment, Health and Safety team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career within the EHS environment. This is a fixed-term role for maternity cover to be based within Tipton, West Midlands on a hybrid basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Group Environment, Health and Safety Manager your role will be to provide full administrative support to the team.

**Key tasks include**:

- Minute taking and action tracking from meetings
- Project action tracking
- Arranging meetings
- Administration of EHS software platforms
- Audit and report logging

Assisting the Group Environment, Health and Safety Manager, with the following:

- Internal desktop auditing of documentation
- Preparing data for Management Review meetings
- Monthly reporting data collation
- Project work as agreed

You must have experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and have a good standard of numeracy and literacy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
All risk assessments have been undertaken and Government advice implemented, including full PPE provided where required.

- Communication skills: 1 year (required)
