Job Title: HSE Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE Officer to join our team at the Adler Pelzer Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, contractors, and the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of HSE incidents, near misses, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop and maintain key HSE KPIs to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH Certificate level or equivalent.
  • IOSH Managing Safely certification.
  • Internal Auditor for ISO14001.
  • Excellent IT skills and general knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
