About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless processing of orders, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting in outbound sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales administration role and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Order Management: Process orders from initial inquiry to successful delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Database Management: Update customer information, track sales data, and generate reports.
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and personalized support to clients, guiding them through inquiries and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Outbound Sales: Assist the sales team in lead generation, follow-up calls, and nurturing client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Salary Range: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
