Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Events and Breakfast Supervisor to join our highly successful team here in Marlin Waterloo. Our Events and Breakfast Supervisor will oversee the operation of 8 meeting rooms and hotel breakfast service.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor employee attendance and maintain logs of all absences.
- Managing a small team of F&B staff
- Overseeing the daily running of shifts
- Managing and evolving the breakfast experience for guests
- Responsible for cleaning, opening and closing standards being adhered to
- Responsible for the H&S standards of our kitchen and bar
- Ensuring the events are prepared for and run according to BEOs
- Ensuring the department is resourced appropriately

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour
