**About us**:
The HR and Administration Support Officer is a member of the Change and Development Product Team within the Faculty Operations Change Portfolio.

The Product Team manages the delivery of Faculty Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) projects, which are part of the EASE Programme change initiative in line with the UCL Strategic Plan 2022-27 aiming to work with each faculty to review and improve their EASE services.

By partnering with colleagues across UCL, the Product Team collaborates as cross functional agile teams and have core capabilities in experience, development & test, analysis and agile delivery management. The Product Team includes members from ISD, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, and HR Business Partnering.

**About the role**:
The postholder is responsible for providing an efficient and proactive administrative service to support the delivery of change processes in multiple Faculty Education Administration and Student Experience (EASE) projects and associated EASE programme level activities.

With a good understanding of UCL HR policies, processes and procedures, the postholder will work closely with HR Business Partners to manage and provide administrative support for confidential and sensitive HR processes.

The HR and Administration Support Officer will also manage and organise meetings. By working independently, the postholder will manage assigned activities across a number of Faculty EASE projects and within the EASE programme, whilst working in collaboration with key stakeholders within Departments, Faculties and across UCL. They will lead and manage ad hoc projects on behalf of the Product Owners and may be required to provide cover for other members of the EASE Programme Delivery Team as and when required.

**About you**:
The postholder will have a good understanding of UCL HR policies, processes and procedures, and have experience of managing and/or administering confidential and sensitive HR processes.
