I am currently recruiting a new HR Officer role working for a global retail company. This is a permanent role with 2 days a week in the office, based in West London.

**Client Details**

My client is a global retail company based in London. Due to recent changes in the team they are looking to hire a new HR Officer to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to work for an international business.

My client is keen to do a handover and ideally would like someone to start immediately.

**Description**

**HR Officer**

**Business Partnering**
- Acts as an HR advisor and initial point of contact for first line managers 's across all business units

**Employee Relations**
- Responsible for the timely management of employee relations matters, escalates these to the Head of HR for the office and warehouse and the HR Managers for the retail population when required and ensures the HR Managers and Head of HR are briefed on allongoing ER matters. Gatekeeper of the case management system and drives consistency and risk management for the organisation.

**Recruitment**
- Liaises with GBS Hub colleagues to ensure local recruitment requirements are met for all other First Line Managers; support the recruitment team with the end-to-end process to ensure local requirements are met and achieved.

**Compensation / Performance/Payroll**
- Supports the Head of HR with the annual BAU Annual Merit Review /Year End Evaluation processes, escalating matters when needed. May be involved in assisting on other incentive plans processing.

**Operations, Systems and Communications**
- Will be required to assist with HUB-related activities on HR Operations improvements, specifically, HR self-service portal ServicePoint regarding local activities; ensures employee relations knowledge articles, policies and procedures are continually updatedand monitored, including administration e.g., template letters.

They must also have good knowledge of payroll and employee relations.
