Term: Part Time, 2 days per week (days to be determined)

Cutler and Gross is seeking a skilled and experienced Human resources officer to join our small Head office team based in Angel Islington. The position is to oversee all UK based staff including office and retail staff. The ideal person will have a solid understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Recruitment & onboarding – coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks. HR Administration – Maintain employee records and HR database. Prepare and process HR-related paperwork, employment contracts and change of status forms plus termination forms.
# Policy Development and Compliance – Assist in developing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
# Training and Development – Identify training needs with line managers and coordinate employee training programs. Performance management – assist in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans.
# HR reporting – generate HR reports and metrics as needed.

Bachelor’s degree in HR
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration
