Waking Night Support Worker

**About The Role**:
When on duty you will be the lead support worker taking responsibility for the effective running of The Bus Shelter. This will include maintaining a safe and positive environment in which hope and support is delivered to guests in order to empower them to come off the streets, re-build their lives, and wherever possible to move on into homes and employment.
You will ensure that there is continuity of management of guests in accordance with their individual support plans.
You will be responsible for site security at night.
Required to undertake housekeeping chores as agreed.

Minimum of 1 years previous support work required.
**About Us**:
The Bus Shelter Dorset offers rough sleepers or those at risk of homelessness a safe place to live with access to a supportive community environment and 24 hour high support tailored to meet their individual needs. In 2022 we were awarded the “Queen’s Award for Voluntary Service”.
