If you’re outgoing, friendly and passionate about people, you could make a real positive difference as a Support Worker in the Alina Homecare Disability Support Team in Weymouth, Dorchester & Portland.

You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

**You’ll be**
- **Supporting service users with daily activities** - providing high quality support to people of all ages to achieve their goals and aspirations
- **Encouraging personal development** - helping service users develop valuable life skills
- **Proactive **- supporting service users to engage in their local community from going shopping, to attending leisure events

No previous experience or qualifications are required. When you join, you’ll receive advanced training from our exclusive Training Academy where you’ll learn how to deliver high quality support.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.20 per hour
