Becoming the Wedding and Events Coordinator at Yorkshire Yurts is a truly unique opportunity to manage an exciting array of yurt and marquee events and weddings set both within the tranquillity of our wellness resorts on the outskirts of Ripon and also across unique venues across the UK.

As the Wedding and Event Coordinator at Yorkshire Yurts, you will be just as passionate as we are, taking pride in managing the delivery and coordination of all weddings and events throughout the customer journey.

With full autonomy to deliver an exceptional experience to meet the client brief, your high attention to detail, ability to organise and positive and pro-active attitude will be the key to success for this role.

If you enjoy variety within your work and managing a varied workload then this could well be the role for you, as no two days are the same Whether it be creating in seeking new business opportunities, responding quickly to customer enquiries or delivering an event. **Key responsibilities and a day in the life at Yorkshire Yurts**:

- Managing event bookings from enquiry stage to handing over to the operations team on the day.
- Maintaining and managing our online event booking system.
- Organising bespoke events and requests from clients, ensuring each wedding and event is truly special and unique.
- Being the main point of contact and building strong relationships with clients, supplier and internal colleagues.
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and colleagues to ensure the logistics for all events are coordinated efficiently.
- Event management of bi-yearly wedding shows, showcasing our products to their full potential.
- Proactive and confident approach to respond to all customer enquiries, providing detailed quotations and floor plans.
- Excellent communication skills to up-sell the business opportunity.
- Utilise your previous expertise to support the business in seeking new opportunities with existing and new venues.
