Job Description
The Host Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth check-in process;
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Assisting the Guest Experience Manager with events and pop-ups;
- Collaborating with servers and management staff during peak hours to maintain exceptional service standards;
- Championing the Lucia service criteria and embodying the company's values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
